Description offered is a rare griswold item, the johnstown pa frank w hay and sons hardware store bundt pan, it was made by griswold for that store in the late 1800's.
It is patent dated march 10 1891. This cast iron is in excellent condition, very good smooth casting, no cracks, chips or pitting. The finish has not been polished or altered in any way. It looks like it was used very little and stored properly. Offered as found, just some dust cleaned off it, old patina, it could easily be cleaned even more if desired. Please note, these bundt pans were not marked griswold, the markings on the pan are frank w hay & sons, johnstown ap pat'd march 10 1891 original bail handle. 9 1/2 diam approx.
