When paying other then paypal, print your name, physical address and phone number with item(s) number, its does create difficulties when i can only guess at what you are paying for and shipping to. We ship one time per week via fedex ground only fedex now shipping package by size, weight and zone package over 12x12x12 are considered overside package for all fedex shipments, fedex now require a phone number for shipping seller has no control over these nwe shipping rates and surcharge. We will gladly combine shipping whenever feasible for multiple purchases sometime due to the weight and or fragileness of an item, we will not combine shipping. Shipping will be usps priority mail only with insurance, tracking nad delivery confirmation (no exceptions). Insurance is to protect against damage, loss and or theft. Seller is not responsible for damage due to transit carrier and any claims will need to be processed through them.
In the case of damaged item, it is the buyer? S responsibility to submit the claim and the buyer will wait for the refund.
Returns are considered only if the item was grossly misrepresented or if there was na error in the description/listing. If return is warranted, and then only no a case-by-case basis. On nov-17-08 at 125034 pst, seller added the following informationwe don't want to mislead anyone. After a question was sent to us, we looked again and clean. Off come rust and the is one small crack. Not a bad crack but still a crack.
